Cancellation & Return Policy

At APX Knives, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that once an order for customized knives has been processed or has reached our shipping department, it cannot be canceled.

Non-customized items that have already shipped can be returned with prior authorization. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and the item must be returned within 45 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund via your original payment method.

If the return is not due to an error on our part, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and the return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customized knives are not eligible for returns or refunds, as noted on each product page. For packages refused at delivery, our standard return policy applies, and any additional return shipping costs may be deducted from the final refund amount.

We apply a restocking fee to cover the costs associated with processing and shipping returns. This helps us keep our prices competitive for all customers rather than increasing the cost of our American made tactical knives to account for returns. If you’re unsure about your purchase, feel free to contact our Customer Service team—we’re happy to address any questions or concerns!

Damaged or Stolen Shipments

All APX Knives shipments are insured through trusted carriers like UPS and USPS. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your package upon delivery before signing for it. By signing, you acknowledge that the item was received in good condition, which may impact later claims for hidden damage.

If you notice visible damage during inspection, please refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact our Customer Service team immediately at +1 901-730-6800 so we can process a replacement for you. For hidden damage or stolen packages, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number:

  • For UPS shipments, call 1-800-PICK-UPS to report the issue.
  • For USPS shipments, file a claim on their official website.

To minimize the risk of theft, we strongly suggest opting for a signature requirement at checkout, as carriers may leave packages unattended if no one is available to sign.

International Shipments

International orders may experience extended processing and delivery times due to customs procedures. Please be aware that local taxes, duties, or customs fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any import restrictions, taxes, or additional charges before placing an order for our American made tactical knives.
